The buyer holds the original second-generation ID card-Shanghai Pudong Development Bank card-online signing contract and supervision agreement (signature)-Shanghai Pudong Development Bank conducts fund supervision-the buyer deposits the supervision amount into the supervision agreement account number specified in the online signing contract.

Note: the one-time supervision amount is the online signing price, and the loan only needs to supervise the remaining amount (online signing price-loan amount).

It is recommended to supervise the funds 2 working days before the transfer!

Five, tax materials and matters needing attention

1. Buyer's materials: I or my client (who can write a power of attorney) are present, the original second-generation ID card of both husband and wife (65438+ 0 copies of my ID card), the original and copies of the minor children's household registration book, and the original household registration book of both husband and wife. Transfer materials of intransitive verbs and matters needing attention

1.
