Beijing Yinghai Shangzhi Yimin Property Management Center began to collect 2023 property fees and parking management fees in accordance with the relevant provisions in Beijing Property Management Regulations and Beijing Property Management Measures, and as agreed in the property service contract signed with the owner at the time of occupancy. The specific arrangements are announced as follows:
First, centralized payment time
The incentive period for centralized collection of property fees is 65438+February 17 in 2022 to February 30 14 in 2022. The charging time is 8:00- 18:00 every day.
Second, the payment standard
The billing time of this sum is: June 65438+1 October1to February 3, 20231.
(1) Property fee
The property service contract stipulates that the property fee standard is RMB/m2/month.
Owners who pay property fees during the incentive period of centralized charging in 2023 will enjoy the preferential price of property fees and pay them according to the standard of RMB/m2/month.
Owners who pay property fees after the incentive period of centralized charging shall return to the contract price and pay according to the standard of RMB/m2/month.
(2) Parking management fee
If the 2023 property fees of all properties under the Demolition and Resettlement Compensation Agreement are paid off within the incentive period of centralized fees, you will continue to enjoy the one-year parking management fee for giving a car in 2023 (the use period of the gift is 65438+February 3, 20231). If the payment is not completed within the reward period, the demolished person will no longer enjoy the parking management fee of 2023, and the relatively fixed parking space that was originally used for free will no longer be retained.
If the property owns more than one car, and the non-property owner (tenant) needs to rent or renew the parking space, it shall be paid at the same time as the property fee, from 65438+February 17 in 2022 to 65438+65438 on February 30, 2022, and the above-ground/underground parking management fee 100 yuan/month.
Third, the mode of payment.
This payment can be made by cash, credit card, WeChat and Alipay. (Try not to pay in cash after 16:30 every day).
Fourth, the place of payment
Centralized toll collection office set up by community neighborhood committee and property project department.
