In order to regulate the asset appraisal institutions and their appraisers to carry out the asset appraisal business entrusted by the people's courts, China Asset Appraisal Association has formulated the Guiding Opinions on Entrusting the People's Courts to Execute the Property Disposal by Judicature, in accordance with the People's Republic of China (PRC) Asset Appraisal Law, the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Determination of the Reference Price of the Property Disposal by the People's Courts, the Basic Criteria for Asset Appraisal and the Norms for Entrusting the Appraisal by the People's Courts. The assets appraisal report of judicial execution property disposal issued on September 20 18 1 day can be judged with reference to these Guidelines.

Local associations are requested to forward the guiding opinions of the people's court on entrusting asset appraisal institutions to carry out judicial execution of property disposal in a timely manner, organize asset appraisal institutions and asset appraisal professionals to conduct study and training, and report the problems found in the implementation process to China Asset Appraisal Association in a timely manner.
