National Code for Construction of Residential Decoration Engineering

1. General

1.0. 1 is the construction specification of residential decoration engineering, which is formulated to ensure the engineering quality, protect personal health and property safety, protect the environment and safeguard public interests.

1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the interior decoration engineering construction of residential buildings.

1.0.3 The construction of residential decoration works shall conform to the current national standards and specifications in addition to this specification.

2. Terminology

2.0. 1 residential decoration. In order to protect the main structure of residential buildings and improve the use function of residential buildings, decorative materials or ornaments are used to treat and beautify the internal surface and use space environment of residential buildings.

2.0.2 Indoor environmental pollution. Refers to indoor air mixed with radon, formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, total volatile organic compounds and other gases harmful to human health.

3. Basic provisions

3. 1 capital construction requirements

Decoration works shall not affect the use and maintenance of pipelines and equipment. Decoration projects involving gas pipelines must comply with the relevant provisions of safety management.

3. 1.6 Construction personnel shall abide by laws and regulations concerning construction safety, labor protection, fire prevention and gas protection.

3. 1.7 The power consumption on the construction site shall meet the following requirements: ① After the power consumption on the construction site, a temporary construction power consumption system shall be established. (2) The installation, maintenance or dismantling of temporary construction power system shall be completed by electricians. (3) temporary construction power switch box should be installed with leakage protector. The power cord entering the switch box shall not be connected with bolts. (4) The most advanced power lines should avoid the stacking of inflammable and explosive articles. ⑤ When the construction is suspended, cut off the power supply.

3. 1.8 The water used in the construction site shall meet the following requirements: ① No water shall accumulate on the waterproof surface. (2) Temporary water pipes shall not be damaged or dripping. (3) Stop the construction and cut off the water source.

3. 1.9 Civilized construction and site environment shall meet the following requirements: ① Construction personnel shall be neatly dressed. (2) Construction personnel should obey the supervision and management of property management or public security personnel. ③ Control the pollution and harm of dust, pollutants, noise and vibration to surrounding residents, residential areas and urban environment. (4) Building materials shall not occupy public space in the corridor and block emergency exits. ⑤ Outdoor stacking shall comply with property management regulations and avoid public facilities such as public passages, green spaces and septic tanks. ⑥ Engineering waste should be sealed and packed and put into the designated garbage dump. ⑦ Do not block or destroy public facilities such as water supply and drainage pipelines and garbage lanes, and do not damage various public signs in the building. Before the project acceptance, the construction site should be cleaned up.

3.2 Basic requirements of materials and equipment

3.2. 1 The varieties, specifications and properties of materials used in residential decoration engineering shall meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current relevant national standards.

3.2.2 Materials explicitly eliminated by the state are strictly prohibited.

3.2.3 The materials used for residential decoration shall be treated with fire prevention, corrosion prevention and moth prevention according to the design requirements.

3.2.4 The construction unit shall check and accept the varieties, specifications and performance of the main materials entering the site. The main materials should have product qualification certificates, and there should be corresponding performance test reports and Chinese descriptions if there are special requirements.

3.2.5 The materials prepared on site shall be made according to the design requirements or product specifications.

3.2.6 Equipped with supporting machinery, equipment and testing instruments that meet the construction requirements.

3.2.7 Residential decoration engineering should actively adopt new materials, new technologies, new processes and new equipment.

3.3 finished product protection

3.3. 1 During the construction period, the transportation of materials shall meet the following requirements: ① When using elevators to transport materials, protective measures shall be taken for elevators. (2) When handling materials, avoid damaging the ceiling, walls, handrails, corridor windows and doors in the corridor.

3.3.2 The following finished product protection measures should be taken during construction: ① Each type of work shall not pollute or damage the semi-finished products and finished products of other types of work during construction. 4. Fire safety

4. 1 General provisions

4. 1. 1 The construction unit must formulate the construction fire safety system, and the construction personnel must strictly abide by it.

4. 1.2 The requirements for the combustion performance grade of residential decoration materials shall conform to the current national standard "Code for Fire Protection Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings" (GB 50222).

4.2 Fire prevention treatment of materials

4.2. 1 When the decorative fabric is subjected to flame retardant treatment, the flame retardant should be soaked, and the dry content of the flame retardant should meet the requirements of the product manual.

4.2.2 The surface of wooden decorative materials should be cleaned before applying fire retardant coating. The coating shall be carried out at least twice, and the second coating shall be carried out after the surface of the first coating is dried, and the coating amount shall not be less than 500g/㎡.

4.3 Fire prevention on the construction site

4.3. 1 Flammable articles should be relatively concentrated in safe areas and should be clearly marked. A large number of combustible materials shall not be piled up on the construction site.

4.3.2 During the construction of inflammable and explosive materials, operations that may generate sparks such as knocking, collision and friction should be avoided. Lighting lamps, motors, electrical switches and explosion-proof devices shall be used.

4.3.3 When using volatile substances such as paint, the container should be closed at any time, and the wiped cotton yarn and other items should be stored in a centralized way and away from heat sources.

4.3.4 When an open flame such as gas welding is used in the construction site, the surrounding flammable substances and welding slag dripping areas must be removed, and special personnel shall be assigned for supervision.

4.3.5 The construction site must be equipped with fire extinguishers, sandboxes or other fire extinguishing tools.

4.3.6 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the construction site.

4.3.7 Welding and cutting are strictly prohibited in the operation camp, inflammable and explosive containers and stressed components.

4.4 Electrical Fire Prevention

4.4. 1 When the high-temperature parts of lighting, electric heaters and other equipment are close to non-A-grade materials, or when wires pass through decorative materials below B2, A-grade materials such as rock wool, porcelain tubes or glass wool should be used for heat insulation. When lighting lamps or ballasts are embedded in combustible decoration materials, heat insulation measures should be taken to separate them.

4.4.2 The shell and bottom plate of the distribution box shall be made of Grade A materials. The distribution box shall not be installed on the decorative materials below B2 floor (including B2 floor). Switches and sockets shall be installed on materials higher than B 1.

4.4.3 The conductor near the tungsten halogen lamp tube shall be sheathed with heat-resistant insulating material, and the flame-retardant insulated conductor shall not be directly used.

4.4.4 Exposed plastic wires shall be protected by pipes or trunking plates, and the wires in the ceiling shall be protected by metal pipes or B 1 PVC pipes, and the wires shall not be exposed.

4.5 Protection of fire control facilities

4.5. 1 Residential decoration shall not block fire-fighting facilities, evacuation signs and safety exits, or interfere with the normal use of fire-fighting facilities and evacuation passages, or alter fire doors without authorization.

4.5.2 The color of decorative materials around the fire hydrant door should be obviously different from that of the fire hydrant door.

4.5.3 The threading pipe of the indoor fire alarm system and the water pipe of the automatic sprinkler system shall be fixed by independent pipe hangers. Don't use suspenders for decoration, put them on the ceiling and fix them.

4.5.4 When the decoration infringes on the plane layout of residential rooms again, the layout of automatic fire alarm detectors and automatic sprinkler devices shall be adjusted according to the relevant design specifications of the new plane.

4.5.5 Spray pipes, alarm circuits, junction boxes and related devices shall be concealed.

5. Indoor environmental pollution control

5.0. 1 The indoor environmental pollutants controlled in this specification are radon (222Rn), formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene and total volatile organic compounds (TVOC).

5.0.2 The indoor environmental pollution control of residential decoration shall conform to the current national standards such as the Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering (GB50325-200 1). Decoration materials with low toxicity and pollution should be selected for design and construction.

5.0.3 If there are requirements for indoor environmental pollution control, all or part of Article 5.0. 1 can be tested according to relevant regulations, and the pollutant concentration limit shall meet the requirements in Table 5.0.3.

6. Waterproof works

6. 1 General provisions

6.2 Quality requirements of main materials

6.3 Key points of construction

6.3. 1 The surface of the base course shall be smooth, free from defects such as looseness, hollowing, sand formation and cracking, and the moisture content shall meet the construction requirements of waterproof materials.

6.3.2 Floor drain, casing, sanitary ware root, Yin and Yang angle and other parts should be waterproof additional layer.

6.3.3 The waterproof layer should extend from the ground to the wall,100 mm; Above the ground; The waterproof layer of bathroom wall should not be less than1800 mm.

6.3.4 The construction of waterproof mortar shall meet the following requirements: ① The mixture ratio of waterproof mortar shall meet the requirements of design or products, the waterproof layer shall be firmly combined with the base, the surface shall be smooth, there shall be no hollowing, cracks and sanding on the pitted surface, and the angle of yin and yang shall be made into an arc. (2) The thickness and strength of protective layer cement mortar should meet the design requirements.

6.3.5 The waterproof construction of coating film shall meet the following requirements: ① The coating film shall be painted evenly and shall not be missed. The total thickness should meet the technical performance requirements of the product. (2) When the glass fiber cloth is connected, it should be overlapped in the downstream direction, and the overlapping width should be not less than100 mm. For the waterproof construction of more than two layers of glass fiber cloth,12 with staggered width should be laid up and down.

7. Plastering works

7. 1 General provisions

7. 1. 1 This chapter is applicable to indoor plastering engineering construction.

7. 1.2 The plastering layer on the ceiling must be firmly bonded with the base and plastering layers, and the five layers must be delaminated and hollowed out.

7. 1.3 When plastering the surface of the junction of different materials, strengthening measures should be taken to prevent cracking.

7. 1.4 The external angles of indoor walls, cylinders and openings shall meet the design requirements. When there is no requirement in the design, 1:2 cement mortar shall be used as the dark corner protector, with a height of not less than 2m and a width of not less than 50mm on each side.

7. 1.5 The plastering layer of cement mortar shall be cured after plastering for 24h. The plastering layer shall be protected from quick drying, water flushing, impact and vibration before solidification. 7. 1.6, winter construction, plastering operation surface temperature should not be lower than 5℃; Plaster layer shall not be frozen before initial setting.

7.2 Quality requirements of main materials

7.2. 1 Plastering cement shall be portland cement or ordinary portland cement, and its strength grade shall not be lower than 32.5.

7.2.2 Different varieties and grades of cement shall not be mixed.

7.2.3 Cement shall have product certificate.

7.2.4 Medium sand shall be selected for plastering, and shall be sieved before use, and shall not contain sundries.

7.2.5 The curing period of lime putty for plastering shall not be less than 15d. The curing period of lime powder for facing should not be less than 3 days.

7.3 Key points of construction

7.3. 1. Basic treatment shall meet the following requirements: ① Brick masonry shall remove surface impurities and dust, and sprinkle water before plastering. (2) After the surface of concrete is wetted with water, it should be chiseled or painted with 1:l cement mortar (with appropriate amount of binder). (3) Aerated concrete shall be brushed with interface agent after wetting and plastered with cement mixed mortar with strength not greater than M5.

7.3.2 The average total thickness of plastering layer shall meet the design requirements.

7.3.3 Standard reinforcement shall be set before large-area plastering. Plastering should be carried out in layers, with the thickness of 5 ~ 7 mm each time, and the thickness of plastering mortar and cement mixed mortar is 7 ~ 9mm each time. When the total plastering thickness exceeds 35mm, strengthening measures should be taken.

7.3.4 When plastering with cement mortar and cement mixed mortar, the previous plastering layer should be solidified before plastering. When plastering with lime mortar, the previous plastering layer should be 70% to 80% dry before plastering the next layer.

7.3.5 The strength of the bottom plastering layer shall not be lower than that of the surface plastering layer.

7.3.6 Cement mortar shall be used up before initial setting after mixing, and hardened mortar shall not be used again.

8. Ceiling works

8. 1 General provisions

8. 1. 1 This chapter is applicable to the construction of open keel and concealed keel ceiling works.

8. 1.2 The installation spacing and connection mode of the boom and keel shall meet the design requirements. The rear embedded parts, metal suspenders and keel should be treated with anti-corrosion. Wooden suspenders, wooden keels, modeling boards and wooden decorative boards should be treated with corrosion protection, fire prevention and moth prevention.

8. 1.3 corresponding measures should be taken during transportation, handling, installation and storage of ceiling materials to prevent them from being affected with damp, deforming and damaging the surface and corners of the board.

8. 1.4 It is forbidden to install heavy equipment such as lamps and fans on the ceiling keel.

8. 1.5 The variety and laying thickness of sound-absorbing and heat-insulating materials filled in the ceiling shall meet the design requirements, and anti-scattering measures shall be taken.

8. 1.6 The positions of lamps, smoke detectors, nozzles, tuyere grates and other equipment on the decorative panel should be reasonable and beautiful, and the joint with the decorative panel should be tight.

8. 1.7 The handover of ceiling, wall and curtain box shall meet the design requirements.

8. 1.8 Shelf-type light decorative board shall be equipped with pressing devices according to the design requirements.

8. 1.9 The type of adhesive should be selected according to the type of decorative board used.

8.2 Quality requirements of main materials

8.2. 1 The varieties, specifications and colors of the materials used in the suspended ceiling project shall meet the design requirements. Decorative panels and metal keels shall have product certificates. The moisture content of wooden suspenders and wooden keels shall conform to the relevant provisions of the current national standards. 8.2.2, veneer surface should be smooth, the edge should be neat, the color should be consistent. The hole spacing of perforated plate should be arranged neatly; Plywood, wood fiber board and large core board should not be degummed and discolored.

8.2.3 Fire retardant coating shall have product certificate and instruction manual.

8.3 Key points of construction

8.3. 1 keel installation shall meet the following requirements:

(1) should be according to the design elevation on the walls around the ceiling line. The elastic line should be clear and the position should be accurate.

(2) The spacing between lifting points of the main keel and the height of bulging should meet the design requirements. When there is no requirement in the design, the spacing between lifting points should be less than 1.2m, and the arch should be arched according to l%~3% ~ 3% of the short span of the room. After the main keel is installed, its position and elevation should be corrected in time.

(3) The derrick should be straight, and the distance from the end of the main keel should not exceed 300 mm When the derrick meets the equipment, the lifting point structure should be adjusted or the derrick should be added.

(4) The secondary keel shall be installed close to the main keel. The secondary keel spacing of the fixed plate should not be greater than 600mm, and the spacing between wet areas and places should be 300 ~ 400 mm When installing the decorative board with countersunk self-tapping nails, the width of the secondary keel at the joint shall not be less than 40 mm

(5) dark keel series cross brace keel should be connected with connectors at both ends on the long keel. The gap between the cross brace keel of Ming keel series and the long keel lap joint shall not be greater than1mm.

(4) When the composite bonding method is used for installation, the plate should not have strong vibration before the adhesive is completely cured.

8.3.5 The installation of gypsum board and fiber cement pressure plate shall meet the following requirements:

(1) The board shall be installed in a free state and fixed from the middle of the board to the periphery of the board.

② The distance between the screws of gypsum board and the board edge: the paper edge should be 10 ~ 15 mm, and the trimming should be15 ~ 20 mm; The distance between the cement pressure plate screw and the plate edge should be 8 ~15 mm.

(3) the nail spacing around the plate should be 150 ~ 170 mm, and the nail spacing in the plate should not be greater than 200 mm ..

(4) When installing double-layer gypsum board, the joints of upper and lower boards should be staggered, and joints shall not be made on the same keel.

(5) the screw head should be slightly buried in the board face, and shall not damage the paper. Nail holes should be rust-proof and leveled with putty.

6. The joints of plasterboard shall be treated according to the design requirements.

8.3.6 The installation of gypsum board and calcium-plastic board shall meet the following requirements:

(1) When the nail method is adopted for installation, the distance between the screws and the board edge should not be less than 15mm, and the screw spacing should be 150 ~ 170 mm, which should be evenly arranged and perpendicular to the board surface. The nail cap should be rust-proof and painted with the same color as the board surface or leveled with gypsum putty.

(2) When using adhesive for installation, the adhesive shall be evenly applied and shall not be missed.

8.3.7 The installation of mineral wool decorative sound-absorbing board shall meet the following requirements:

(1) It is not suitable for installation when the indoor humidity is too high.

(2) Before installation, it should be arranged in advance to ensure the integrity of patterns and patterns.

8.3.8 The installation of open keel panel shall meet the following requirements:
