How do property companies make money?

Collect property fees, parking fees, residential advertising space fees, residential venue rental fees, contracting fees for foreign personnel to settle in, related introduction fees, owner-related information fees, that is, sell the phone number to the decoration company, and so on. So the developer sold the house, sold it after sale, managed the property, sold the parking spaces, and so on, which made the residents complain.
