According to official website, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, the Bureau forwarded the Notice of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Guangdong Province on Further Standardizing the Publicity of Commercial Housing Sales Information to the housing construction departments (housing management), the municipal housing transaction supervision center (lease office), real estate development enterprises and real estate intermediary companies in Guangzhou, and the notice was implemented on June 65438+ 10/kloc-0.

Guangzhou Housing and Construction Bureau requires the above-mentioned departments to further standardize the publicity of commercial housing sales information, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of buyers and sellers of commercial housing, protect the buyers' right to know, choose and supervise, and reduce contradictions and disputes caused by information asymmetry between buyers and sellers of commercial housing.

The notice requires the publication of commercial housing sales information, mainly including the recorded commercial housing sales plan, commercial housing sales price list and related information of commercial housing sales price, commercial housing sales progress control table, and commitment letter of not refusing to use housing provident fund loans.

When the land use right and the mortgage project are set, the basic information of the mortgagee, the mortgage amount, the mortgage period and the proof materials that the mortgagee agrees to sell the mortgaged house shall be publicized.

At the same time, the notice requires that the influencing factors around the project mainly include dangerous places such as oil and gas depots and dangerous goods warehouses within 1 000 meters outside the project red line, radiation sources such as high-voltage lines, microwave channels and wireless communication base stations within 1 000 meters outside the project red line, and public facilities such as roads, bridges, tunnels and substations planned and their possible impacts.
