Community is the home of urban residents, and the stability of community is directly related to the prosperity and stability of a city. Establishing a "safe community" is a practical action to practice Theory of Three Represents, improve regional competitiveness, the level of economic and social development, and safeguard the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people.

In my opinion, to do a good job in community comprehensive management and group prevention and treatment, we must adhere to the principle of "combining prevention with punishment", innovate ideas, integrate resources, combine special groups, treat both the symptoms and root causes, severely crack down on criminal activities, actively resolve unstable factors, and build a public security prevention system integrating prevention and control.

First, implement the leadership responsibility system for comprehensive management work

From street cadres to full-time community workers, we should enhance our sense of responsibility and mission, do a good job in comprehensive management and mass prevention and treatment, and earnestly shoulder the responsibility of ensuring the safety of one party.

4. Strengthen the sense of responsibility of community workers and earnestly safeguard social and political stability. It is necessary to take the investigation and mediation of contradictions and disputes as an important basic work, focusing on the investigation and resolution of contradictions and disputes that may lead to major vicious criminal cases and are difficult to cause mass incidents. We should patiently do in-depth and meticulous ideological work and sincerely solve problems for the masses.
