4. Step 4: The applicant submits the installation application to the local power supply department by telegraph with the registration form, identity certificate, photos of the parking space site and environment, and parking space certification materials. Among them, the registration form is in quintuplicate, collected by the power supply department, and kept by the Municipal Construction Committee, the Economic and Information Committee, the user and the vehicle enterprise.

The power supply department shall, together with the applicant and the construction subject, go to the site to investigate the feasibility of electricity consumption and construction and determine the construction scheme. The power supply department shall issue a reply to the electricity consumption plan within 7 working days, and affix its seal on the registration form.

If the owner really can't install a self-use charging pile in a fixed parking space, but still wants to buy a car, he should issue a letter of commitment to the car company, and promise to solve the charging demand of the purchased electric car by himself at the charging facilities in other places such as public charging piles or charging piles.
