In the "Regulations", in addition to a fine of more than 50 yuan and less than 200 yuan for individual mixed investment, a maximum fine of 50,000 yuan is stipulated for units that fail to classify investment according to regulations.

For domestic waste collection and transportation units and disposal units that do not meet the corresponding specifications, the maximum fines are set at 6,543,800 yuan and 500,000 yuan respectively, and the business service license of the unit will be revoked if the circumstances are serious. In addition, the "Regulations" also established a disciplinary system for dishonesty.

In addition, the "Regulations" also specifically proposed "promoting source reduction". It is clearly stipulated that catering service providers and catering delivery service providers shall not take the initiative to provide disposable chopsticks, spoons and other tableware to consumers.
