If the safety service agreement between the owner and the property management company includes vehicle custody, the property management company shall be responsible for compensation for the loss of the vehicle entrusted by the owner. The two sides have no service agreement to keep the property, and if the property company fails to fulfill its legal obligations to stop it, the property company should also bear the corresponding liability for compensation.
