3. The quality of materials, equipment and products purchased by Party A shall be borne by Party A, the construction quality shall be borne by Party B, and the quality of materials, equipment and products purchased by Party B shall be borne by Party B. ..

4. During the construction, if Party A has special construction projects or special quality requirements, both parties shall confirm and sign a supplementary contract for the increased costs.

Article 5 Material supply

1. The materials provided by Party A shall be used in the renovation project stipulated in this contract, and shall not be used for other purposes without Party A's consent. If Party B misappropriates them, it shall compensate Party A at twice the price of the materials.

2. The materials and equipment provided by Party B shall meet the quality requirements. The use of different specifications is prohibited, and all losses caused to the project shall be borne by Party B. ..

3. The materials and equipment that Party A is responsible for purchasing shall be qualified products that meet the design requirements, and shall be supplied on time.

4. Party B shall bear the responsibility of double indemnity due to the improper storage of the materials provided by Party A. ..

Article 6 Payment Terms

1. Party B shall carry out the construction according to the time agreed in this contract, and complete the engineering projects except the installation of lamps and lanterns on time and in quantity. Party A shall pay 60% of the contract price in advance. After the installation and debugging of lamps and lanterns is completed, 30% of the project cost will be paid after acceptance and confirmation by both parties, and the remaining 10% will be the quality guarantee.

2. During the quality guarantee period stipulated in this contract, if there is no quality problem, Party A shall pay it in one lump sum.

Article 7 Construction period

1. If the completion is delayed due to Party B's reasons, it shall be handled according to the liability clause of this contract for breach of contract; If the construction period is delayed due to Party A's reasons, the completion period will be postponed.

2. If the unqualified materials and equipment provided by Party A affect the project quality and construction period, Party A shall bear the cost of rework. In case of quality accidents caused by Party B's construction, the cost of rework shall be borne by Party B, and the construction period shall remain unchanged.

3. In the process of construction, if the construction period is delayed due to the rework of Party B's construction quality problems, it shall be handled according to the liability clause of this contract for breach of contract.

4. In the process of construction, if it is necessary to rework due to Party A's reasons, or the construction period is delayed due to Party A's change of construction contents, it shall be signed and recognized, and Party A shall bear all the construction costs and postpone the construction period.

Article 8 Project acceptance

1. The project acceptance of this contract shall be carried out according to the standards of the project acceptance sheet (see Annex 8). The project acceptance agreed in this contract is divided into two stages. After the completion of all projects except the installation of lamps, Party B shall organize Party A to conduct pre-acceptance. After the project quality is qualified, both parties sign Annex 8 after confirmation, and then go through the project handover and pre-settlement procedures.

2. After the lamps are installed and turned on, both parties shall conduct overall acceptance, sign Annex 8 after passing the test, and then go through the settlement and payment procedures.

3. If Party A cannot come for acceptance within the time specified by Party B, it shall notify in advance.
