Can I charge parking fees for properties without industry committees?

Legal analysis: parking fees can be charged for residential properties. The parking fee charged by the property is the storage fee, and there is no contradiction between the owner's ownership and the storage fee of the property. Therefore, it is not illegal to charge parking fees for property. Property can be operated by using the land of the community after obtaining the consent of the owner. What the owner gives to the property is actually the vehicle storage fee.

Legal basis: The ownership of the parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars in Article 275 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease. Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.
