4. Fang La

Fang La (about1076-1121), the leader of the peasant uprising in Zhejiang at the end of the Northern Song Dynasty, was born in Qingxi (now the west of Chun 'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province) and said that he was originally from Shexian County (now Shexian County, Anhui Province).
