In this regard, he put forward an innovative idea: express cabinet enterprises lay cabinets and system operation and maintenance within the controllable cost range, and property companies pay a certain operation and maintenance management fee (saving the cost of their own construction), and supervise the services of express cabinet enterprises, which can not only solve the income problem of express cabinet enterprises to a certain extent, but also solve the satisfaction problem of consumers.

An insider in the express cabinet industry believes that most of the properties he built have no strength, and government investment involves the property rights of fixed assets. Who will do the later operation and maintenance, especially the later maintenance cost, needs to be made clear by the competent department.

However, the standard is still in the stage of encouraging implementation and is not mandatory.

The industry believes that with the continuous growth of express delivery business, it is very necessary for Jiangsu to revise the "Residential Design Standard", and the reserved space of intelligent express delivery boxes must become a mandatory standard to promote the planning and landing of express delivery boxes.
