Does the property have the right to keep the floor warm?

Legal analysis: the property has no right to insulate the floor. It is not illegal to change ordinary heating to floor heating. Floor heating is to use the whole floor as a radiator, heat the whole floor evenly by radiating the heat medium in the floor, and supply heat to the room through floor radiation and convection heat transfer, so as to achieve the purpose of comfortable heating. According to different heat transfer media, it can be divided into liquid circulation system and electric floor heating, and according to different paving structures, it can be divided into dry floor heating and wet floor heating.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Residential Interior Decoration prohibits the following acts in residential interior decoration activities:

(a) without the consent of the original design unit or the design unit with corresponding qualification grade, changing the main body and load-bearing structure of the building without authorization;
