Article 6 The owner shall undertake the following obligations:

Chapter III Owners' Meeting

Article 8 The owners' congress shall perform the following duties:
First, formulate and revise the management statute and the rules of procedure of the owners' meeting;

Twenty-first members of the owners' committee shall be elected at the first meeting of the owners' congress after deliberation and adoption of the rules of procedure and management regulations of the owners' congress.
