The cultural level of employees in the real estate brokerage industry has been continuously improved. The retention rate of brokers is increasing year by year. With the development of brokerage industry, the length of service of brokers has increased year by year. Real estate transaction is a typical asset-oriented, low-frequency and high-trust transaction type, which requires long-term interaction between brokers and customers and on-the-spot house inspection. At the same time, with the real estate market gradually entering the stock era, customers' housing choices have increased, the requirements for quality living have also increased significantly, and the pace of housing transactions has also slowed down significantly.
Shell data shows that in the stage of housing matching transaction, the average service cycle of customers in key 30 cities in 20021year was 43. 1 day, an increase of 4 days compared with 20 18 years; In the property delivery stage, it still takes about 50 days to complete the interview, loan, tax payment and delivery after signing the contract.

Nevertheless, in the face of the depressed market environment in the second half of 20021,the brokers showed a rational and positive professional attitude as a whole. 43.9% of brokers said that after the market shock, they left the strong and were confident to go against the current. 40% brokers believe that the market downturn needs to be treated dialectically, and there are opportunities in the crisis. In terms of career confidence, nearly 70% of brokers have confidence in their career development in 2022. The longer they work, the greater their confidence in their future career development.
