The Upper East Side Project of IKEA is located in Li Xinyuan 13, north of Dadongguan Street in Xinghualing District. It was developed by Taiyuan Zhaowei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. After verification by the Municipal Housing Management Bureau, the pre-sale permit for commercial housing has been obtained on floors 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The development enterprise failed to deliver the house on time, which violated the delivery terms agreed in the contract. According to Article 107 of the Contract Law: "If a party fails to perform its contractual obligations or fails to perform its contractual obligations, it shall bear the liabilities for breach of contract such as continuing to perform, taking remedial measures or compensating for losses."
