4. If the distance between the service outlet and the user's home is less than 20 kilometers, it will be charged according to the above standards. If the distance is more than 20 kilometers, the transportation fee will be charged according to 2 yuan/km; If the number of kilometers to the door exceeds 60 kilometers, the outlets need to be further determined after consultation with users on the basis of the above standard fees.

5. All the above expenses are labor expenses, excluding material expenses.

6. If the outlet provides services for multiple users and products at the same time in a door-to-door service, the door-to-door transportation fee is only charged according to the single standard, and it is not allowed to be charged repeatedly.

7. The above charging standards do not include the hot water system of solar energy projects. When the hot water system of solar energy project fails, it shall be handled through consultation according to the specific situation. For the large-scale maintenance of the project, we should make a specific plan and charge according to the plan.

During the warranty period, you will not be asked about the maintenance cost after sale, but if the service life is exceeded, you will have to pay the maintenance cost of Huang Ming water heater.
