Does a 30,000-square-meter building need property qualification?

Any region needs property management qualification to participate in property management services. Three-level property qualification of 30,000 cubic meters is enough. Level 1 qualification:

Multi-storey residential 2 million square meters; 654.38+100,000 square meters high-rise residence; Independent residence (villa) 1.5 million square meters; Office buildings, industrial plants and other properties are 500,000 square meters. Second-class qualification: 6,543,800 square meters multi-storey residence; 500,000 square meters of high-rise residential buildings; 80,000 square meters of detached houses (villas); Office buildings, industrial plants and other properties are 200,000 square meters. Third-level qualification: those below the second-level qualification can undertake the third-level qualification.
