It is understood that this year Jinan will introduce the "residential demolition" policy, which is currently being intensively studied.

At present, there are many closed communities in Jinan. In nearly 3000 buildings, most of them are closed structures, and even many high-end buildings are fully enclosed as a selling point. In the residential area of Jinan, only a few old communities in the central city are open for business. However, with the increase of urban road demand, the number of semi-closed residential areas in the new planning area is also increasing. In the West Railway Station area, there are as many as thirty or forty new buildings located here, but it is observed that many residential areas have roads passing through them, and many buildings are not a whole, but divided into several individuals.

After the introduction of the new policy of urban planning and construction management, residents are most concerned about how to ensure safety and property quality after the opening of roads in closed communities. The roads in Lingxiucheng Community are smooth, which can save a large number of office workers who live in Cheng Nan and work in urban areas 20 minutes to half an hour. Up to now, Hero Mountain Road has been restored to traffic, and the road leading to the residential area in Lingxiu City is still an important diversion route.

The roads in Lingxiucheng area are open to the society and have certain conditions. Although the Lingxiucheng area covers a large area, the property is closed management. However, the closure of the Lingxiucheng community does not mean the closure of the whole area, but the management of districts. According to the development cycle, it is divided into 10 communities, and each community has an independent closed area and property management, surrounded by green belts and road networks.

Many residents said that if it is not the rush hour, the traffic situation in the community is much better than that in the urban area. After the opening of community roads, the community has also been optimized, and independent slow-moving roads have been built, with sidewalks and bicycle lanes accounting for more than 1/3, and the slow-moving experience is good. However, during the rush hour, the traffic jam in the community is also very serious, which is not only caused by the influx of social vehicles, but more importantly, the surrounding road network conditions can not keep up. At present, there are only two roads into the city in this area, Hero Mountain Road and Shungeng Road. If the surrounding road network is not smooth and only one residential road is opened, its role is difficult to show.
