Organization setup of Shenzhen Property Management Association

The highest authority of Shenzhen Property Management Association is the General Assembly, the executive body is the Council and the Standing Council, and the office is the secretariat. The Standing Council consists of six working committees, namely, Property Manager Committee, Comprehensive Coordination Committee, Self-discipline Supervision Committee, Professional and Technical Committee, Exchange Training Committee and Development Research Committee. The secretariat of the Association consists of four departments: General Department, Member Service Department (with legal service room), Exchange Training Department and Development Research Department.
