Does property management have a future?

I study property management. It used to be said that property management was a sunrise industry, but now it has changed careers. Frankly speaking, the prospect of the property is really good, but it is too far away. Not bad in Hong Kong. In small and medium-sized cities in China, property management is equivalent to gatekeeper. Management fees are not collected, profits are low, and wages are low. It's hard to change this situation these years. In a word, doing property management is a trivial job. You should be patient and stand the test of being suppressed, looked down upon and not accepting money.
