6. Promise that after the balcony is closed, no additional overloaded items or decorations will be added, otherwise all responsibilities arising therefrom will be borne by yourself;
7. Promise that after the balcony is closed, you will not install any canopy, fence and other objects that hinder the unified specification, otherwise, your company has the right to dismantle or prohibit the above objects from entering the community, and all related demolition expenses or losses will be borne by your company;

9. Promise to waterproof the relevant parts when the balcony is closed, otherwise the leakage or the resulting property loss in the neighborhood will be borne by itself;
