Baoding, formerly known as Shanggu, Baozhou, Kaicheng and Fu Bao, is located in the middle of Hebei Province and was once a beautiful northern water city.

There is a Fuhe River in Baoding, named after Baoding Prefecture. It consists of an acre of Chunhe River, Houhe River and Qingshui River. It used to be the river of life and soul in Baoding.
