There are standards for the collection of property fees in Tianjin.

According to Article 66 of Tianjin Property Management Regulations, the property management service fee is calculated according to the building area of the property owned by the owner and paid monthly. Unless otherwise agreed between the owner or the user of the property and the property service enterprise, such agreement shall prevail. Taking Tianjin as an example, the property fees for ordinary commodity residential quarters are implemented as follows:

After paying the property fee, the property management service agreed in the property service contract shall include the following main contents:

(a) the use, maintenance, conservation and management of spare parts and facilities;

(4) Property decoration management;

(five) the service and management of vehicle driving and parking order;

(six) the service and management of public order in the property management area;
