These communities were generally built earlier, with dilapidated buildings, outdated underground pipe networks, lack of supporting facilities, damaged roads, no management room, no parking lot, no fitness facilities, dirty, chaotic and poor public environment, and serious private construction. There are many cool houses, temporary buildings and illegal buildings in the community, and low-income people are concentrated, with a large proportion of low-income households, laid-off, unemployed and unemployed.
