1. Responsibility 4. 1 The management office is responsible for controlling the facilities required to achieve service compliance. 4.2 Operation groups such as greening class, cleaning class, security team and maintenance class respectively control the working environment required to achieve service compliance within their respective business scope. 5. After confirming that it meets the requirements, the management office will supervise the installation and commissioning. For unqualified facilities, the purchasing department is responsible for negotiating with suppliers and recording and handling them on the "Equipment Entry and Unpacking Acceptance Sheet". 5.3.4 Registration and account establishment of facilities A. Qualified facilities are numbered by the management office, registered in the "Equipment Registration Account", and facilities files are established, and the file directory is reported to the General Management Department for filing. B, in accordance with the provisions, hanging signs of facilities. 5.4 Use, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities A. According to needs, the management office is responsible for organizing the preparation of specifications for the use, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, which will be reviewed by the management representative, approved by the general manager and distributed to the user department. The management office shall record the maintenance situation in the corresponding "equipment file". For facilities that need external maintenance, refer to some provisions on supplier evaluation in the Procurement Control Procedure as appropriate; F, the facilities used on site should have a unified number, so as to facilitate maintenance; G, workplace management by the relevant departments working in the workplace management, to ensure suitable working conditions. 5.5 Scrapping of facilities A. For facilities that cannot be repaired or have no use value, each user department shall fill in a "Scrapping Form of Facilities" and submit it to the General Manager for approval, and indicate the situation in the "Equipment Registration Account", and report the relevant scrap information catalogue to the General Management Department for filing.
