3. Master the distribution and equipment of fire fighting equipment and facilities in the realty service area. Responsible for the maintenance of fire equipment, so that the base number is clear, the equipment is reasonable, the quantity is sufficient, and something is available.

4. Check the fire water, electricity and gas in the property management area, organize the maintenance of fire-fighting facilities, fire-fighting equipment and fire safety signs, ensure that they are in good condition and effective, and ensure the smooth evacuation routes and safety exits.

5. Assist the person in charge of fire safety (director of management office) in training, publicity and education on safety production, public security prevention, fire safety and management for employees and community owners.

6, organize the implementation of fire safety inspection and fire hazard rectification work.
