What's the difference between Gubei Phase II and Gubei Phase I?

A Gubei Road divides Gubei New District into two parts, the first phase of Gubei in the west and the second phase in the east. The first phase of Gubei was completed in 1995, and the overall market was completed around 2000. The second phase of Gubei began in 2003, and nine developers headed by Gubei Group joined hands to expand the scope of Gubei's high-level foreign-related zone. Gubei District 3 is located in the east of Yili Road, also known as the business district, covering an area of 26.6 hectares. At present, there are star-rated hotels, modern office buildings and serviced apartments planned. The first East Coast Center in the region, with a construction area of 330,000 square meters, will soon be completed as Gubei Fortune Center 20 1 1, and the Japanese department store giant "Takashimaya" will be located on the first floor underground and the first to seventh floors above ground.
