How to write the controller's evaluation of property projects

1. Evaluate whether the equipment of the property project is in good condition, and whether the fire-fighting facilities, security equipment and elevators are in good condition. Whether it operates normally and whether the maintenance is timely and effective.

2. Evaluate whether the safety management measures of the property project are perfect, whether the safety inspection, access control system and video monitoring are in place, and whether the residents and property are effectively protected.
