The difference between professional and technical qualification certificate and practice certificate

Professional and technical qualification certificate is what we usually call professional title. Vocational qualification and professional technical qualification are two different systems.

Usually, professional qualification is the highest qualification of an industry. As of June 30, 2009, there are 49 professional qualifications in China. The name and qualification of the competent department are as follows:
