The second is to grasp the system construction. The key to an orderly and fruitful work is to rely on a scientific and applicable system to ensure that "there is no Fiona Fang without rules". After the formation of the team, we introduced a set of strict and practical systems of duty, succession, study and training, implemented paramilitary management for the team, standardized everyone's behavior with the system, and ensured the completion of work tasks with the system.
