Third, the recruitment method
1. The position is conducted by combining resume submission, asynchronous video interview, skill test and on-site interview.
2. Qualification examination

In the qualification review, candidates are required to submit their ID cards, household registration books, highest education diplomas, personal health information commitment letters and other related materials, and pay the examination fee of 100 yuan after the review. 3. Scoring criteria
The skill test takes the form of computer listening and typing, and the time is 10 minute, and the skill test accounts for 30% of the total score; On-site interview takes the form of structured interview, accounting for 70% of the total score.
Note: Those whose interview scores are below 60 points will not be employed; Those with a total score of 60 or less will not be hired.
Fourth, physical examination, publicity and employment
Physical examination. Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented with reference to the current General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves.
Publicity. Candidates who have passed the physical examination will be publicized on Tangshan Talent Network 1 day. If the problem reflected in the publicity is serious and there is evidence, if it does not meet the employment conditions, the employment qualification will be cancelled; If there are serious problems but it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire will be decided after verification and conclusion.
Hire. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, or it is verified that there are problems that will not affect the employment, a three-year fixed-term labor contract will be signed with Tangshan Talent Dispatch Co., Ltd., with a probation period of six months. The salary will be guaranteed by Tangshan Talent Dispatch Co., Ltd., and the pension insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance and maternity insurance stipulated by the policy will be enjoyed according to law. During the probation period, all personnel will be engaged in two-month training and trial positions to master the basic skills of traffic acceptance.
Excellent work, can be hired as deputy head or other background support positions. Night shift provides lounge and tea room. Candidates who have a work unit need to terminate the labor relationship with the original unit after admission and before signing a labor contract with our company, and transfer social insurance within the time specified by our company.
