Individual workshops don't admit the problems found, emphasize the reasons, turn their eyes inward, and there is still a phenomenon of buck passing.

5. The safety awareness of all employees can't meet the needs of the company's safety production. In terms of education and training in security team, some workshops are still a mere formality to cope with the inspection, and the safety study and re-education of employees have not been seriously implemented.

6. Environmental protection has brought great pressure to the company. The environmental awareness of departments and workshops is not strong enough, which has not attracted enough attention and has not seriously studied and solved the problems existing in environmental protection. Third, the work ideas for the second half of the year

1. Strengthen safety standardization management, take standardization management as the basic work of the company's safety management, and do a good job of docking and self-inspection with departments. 2. Strictly manage accidents, divide accident standards, lower the threshold of accident identification, strictly implement accident assessment, increase the assessment and investigation of concealed and delayed accidents, and do a good job in centralized management and ledger management of accidents.

3. Seriously sum up the experience of the company's previous "100-day safety, environmental protection and accident-free competition activities", further refine and adjust the assessment standards, and highlight the key points and themes.
