* Professional level

The property manager examination is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge (including professional ethics) examination and operational skills examination, in which professional ethics is 20 points, theoretical knowledge 100 points and operational skills 100 points, and all three subjects are qualified. Take a closed-book exam (the theoretical knowledge exam adopts a standardized paper written test) and answer on the answer sheet. The skill test adopts a closed-book written test and answers directly on the test paper.
* Examination structure
The qualification of property management personnel is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge and operational skills. Score 100, 60 points are qualified. Take three assessment methods: closed-book written test, on-site operation and oral test.
