In addition to some pipes used for broadband network and telephone line construction, there are a lot of empty pipes available. Therefore, we used the original pipeline threading when building the intelligent pipeline, thus saving the cost of re-burying the pipeline.
When signing the construction contract, carefully consider the "warranty clause" to eliminate the sequelae caused by construction and product quality problems and reduce maintenance costs.
At present, intelligent products in residential areas have two shortcomings: high price of foreign products, rough appearance of domestic products, poor maturity, poor stability and poor interchangeability. Our community adopts domestic products. In order to prevent troubles caused by unstable product quality, we strictly follow the relevant regulations that the minimum warranty period for electrical pipeline and equipment installation works is two years. Therefore, part of the investment risk was "passed on" to the construction team. Therefore, when selecting products, we have to carefully consider the reliability of product quality, so as to ensure the engineering quality and save the engineering cost.
