What services does the property provide?

Public property management services refer to comprehensive services such as maintenance, conservation, environmental cleaning and public order of facilities and equipment provided by property management enterprises in the property management area. Generally speaking, property management services are mainly public property management services. Special services refer to the services entrusted by individual owners themselves. Such as indoor self-use parts and equipment maintenance, indoor cleaning, booking air tickets, newspapers and so on. The main duties of property management enterprises in maintaining public order are to maintain public order in public areas and take good care of public property, including: (1) assisting in maintaining traffic order; (3) Inspect and patrol the key parts and roads within the service scope at night; (four) take immediate measures when public security cases, criminal cases and traffic accidents occur.

Legal basis: Regulations on Property Management

Article 22 The construction unit shall formulate a temporary management agreement before the sale of the property, and make an agreement on the use, maintenance and management of the property, the interests of the owners, the obligations that the owners should perform, and the responsibilities that the owners should bear if they violate the temporary management agreement.

The temporary management regulations formulated by the construction unit shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of property buyers.

Twenty-third the construction unit shall express the temporary management agreement to the property buyer before the property is sold, and explain it.

When signing a property sales contract with the construction unit, the property buyer shall make a written commitment to abide by the temporary management agreement.
