Job responsibilities of quality supervisor

The quality department is responsible for job responsibilities.

The person in charge of the quality inspection department should have a college degree or above, have been engaged in quality inspection for more than 3 years, be familiar with relevant inspection work, have team spirit and certain organizational leadership ability, and have the following job responsibilities:

1. Under the leadership of the chief engineer, carry out the quality policy, implement the quality policy and quality objectives in the company's annual policy objectives, and organize the implementation through internal communication;

2. Control and manage the inspection process of product quality according to the Product Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedure;

3. Control and manage the inspection process of unqualified blanks, raw materials, standard parts, semi-finished products and finished products according to the nonconforming product control procedure;

4. In accordance with the Control Procedure for Monitoring and Measuring Devices, be responsible for the control and management of the procurement, outsourcing verification and identification process of monitoring and measuring devices;

5. According to the quality record control procedure, control and manage the process of identification, collection and filing of quality records;

6. Be responsible for the planning and implementation of the internal audit scheme of the quality management system according to the Internal Audit Control Procedure of the Quality Management System;

7. Be responsible for controlling and managing the process of the quality management system according to the Process Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedure;

8. Control and manage the classification, collection and processing, transmission and application, statistics and analysis of quality management information according to the Control Procedure for Data Collection, Analysis and Utilization;

9. Responsible for the implementation of the quality manual;

10. Responsible for batch scrapping and repair of quality accidents caused by wrong inspection and missed inspection. 6. According to the Internal Audit Control Procedure of Quality Management System, be responsible for planning and implementing the internal audit scheme of quality management system;

7. Be responsible for controlling and managing the process of the quality management system according to the Process Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedure;

8. Control and manage the classification, collection and processing, transmission and application, statistics and analysis of quality management information according to the Control Procedure for Data Collection, Analysis and Utilization;

9. Responsible for the implementation of the quality manual;

10. Responsible for batch scrapping and repair of quality accidents caused by wrong inspection and missed inspection.
