Legal basis: Article 38 of the Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution shall be punished by the public security department in accordance with the following provisions:

(3) those who engage in family entertainment, physical exercise and raising animals and produce noise that interferes with the normal rest and life of others, or engage in activities that produce noise pollution such as decoration, cargo handling, production and processing at noon, or make loud noises at night and noon, which seriously interferes with the lives of surrounding residents, shall be criticized and educated and ordered to make corrections; Those who fail to make corrections after criticism and education shall be fined between one hundred yuan and five hundred yuan.
