What certificate does the tooling need?

The decoration of more than 200W requires the construction of professional contracting enterprises with second-class qualifications. Generally speaking, decoration construction enterprises are divided into three grades:

Level 1: Can undertake all kinds of indoor and outdoor decoration construction of buildings except curtain wall engineering;

Grade II: It can undertake indoor and outdoor decoration construction of various buildings with unit project cost below 1200W (except curtain wall project);

Grade III: Can undertake all kinds of indoor and outdoor decoration construction of buildings with unit project cost below 60W (except curtain wall project).

Decoration projects over 200W can be entrusted to a bidding agency for bidding (generally, those over 50W in Hubei Province need bidding, but other areas are not clear). If it is private investment, you can find several construction units to conduct internal bidding instead of public bidding.

Regulations on the Administration of Building Decoration

Thirteenth the following large and medium-sized decoration projects shall be contracted through public bidding or invitation to bid:

(1) Projects invested by the government;

(2) Projects invested by administrative and public institutions;

(3) Projects invested by state-owned enterprises;

(4) Projects invested by enterprises controlled by state-owned enterprises;

Military facilities, security facilities, special specialties and other projects within the scope specified in the preceding paragraph that are not suitable for public bidding or invitation to bid may be negotiated or directly contracted.

The contracting method of other decoration projects other than those specified in the preceding two paragraphs shall be determined by the construction unit or the owner and user of the house through consultation.
