1 September, 9951day The Regulations of the Ministry of Construction on the Management of Building Decoration (Order No.46 of the Ministry of Construction) is applicable to new construction, expansion and reconstruction projects and the decoration of existing buildings. Provisions are as follows:

1, building decoration enterprises must construct according to the drawings, and shall not change the design drawings without authorization.

2. When the original house decoration needs to be demolished, the decoration design must ensure the integrity, earthquake resistance and structural safety of the house.

3. The design, construction and material use of architectural decoration must strictly abide by the waterproof specification of architectural decoration. After the completion of the decoration construction drawing, the construction unit must hold the construction permit and design drawings. Report to the public security fire department for fire safety approval.

4, building decoration enterprises must ensure that measures are taken to control the pollution and harm of dust, waste gas, solid waste, noise and vibration on the construction site. Protect people's normal life, work and personal safety.

5. After the completion of the building decoration project, it must be certified by the quality supervision institution, otherwise it will not be accepted.

6. Major accidents in building decoration engineering shall be investigated and handled by the construction administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level in conjunction with relevant departments.
