According to the requirements of relevant labor laws and documents of the Ministry of Labor, combined with specific conditions, these Provisions are formulated.

1. Units and individuals who meet the retirement conditions stipulated by the state and have worked for 10 years shall go through retirement procedures.

2, the calculation method of basic pension is strictly in accordance with the provisions of the local labor department.

3. Anyone who retires early must apply by himself, and can go through the formalities only after being approved by the leaders and reported to the Labor Bureau for identification. The retirement appraisal fee shall be paid by the individual and reimbursed by the unit after being officially approved by the Labor Bureau. If the appraisal does not meet the standards and conditions for early retirement, the appraisal fee shall be borne by the individual.

4. If the medical expenses of retirees are reimbursed, they will be reimbursed by the street from the month when they receive the pension.

5. According to the relevant regulations of the labor department, the laundry expenses of retirees are paid by the unit, and the standard is tentatively set as 30 yuan, plus non-staple food subsidies, 75 yuan of Han nationality and 9 yuan of Hui nationality.

6. If this provision conflicts with the national policy, the national document shall prevail.
