Can I take the qualification of property manager after graduating from the network education college of Beijing Normal University?

Registration requirements for registered property managers

(1) Obtained technical secondary school education in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 10 years, including 8 years in property management.

(seven) to obtain other professional qualifications, degrees, working years and working years in property management are increased by 2 years.
