If this model is introduced into the consulting department, it will certainly enhance the enthusiasm, autonomy and self-cultivation awareness of employees.

I think the international management mode on duty itself adopts the concept of hive entrepreneurship: Hunan branch is equivalent to a big hive, the consulting department is a sub-hive, and the three groups under the consulting department are different small hives. Therefore, I think the essence of whether to introduce the concept of hive entrepreneurship into our consulting department lies in whether to continue to divide the three groups into more groups or separate several groups in each group.

3. Challenges faced by the consulting department in implementing the concept of hive entrepreneurship at this stage:

(1) Fine management is difficult. To adopt the "amoeba business model", it is necessary to clarify that each responsibility center should conduct independent accounting and independent performance evaluation and assessment. At this stage, we are divided into three groups, and each group is equivalent to a profit center. In practice, there are a large number of different groups of people in project transfer, so it is difficult to carry out independent accounting. If the team is divided into more hives, independent accounting will be more difficult. If there is no independent accounting by the responsibility center like Hive, it will be difficult to implement the corresponding employee incentive and assessment.

(2) In order to give full play to the advantages of the hive entrepreneurship model, it is necessary to match the corresponding employee incentive mechanism and evaluation and assessment mechanism.
