Buff

The cow bone is named after the mountain looks like a cow lying on the ground. Located in the north of Paitan Town, with an altitude of1084m, it is the first peak in Zengcheng District. The whole mountain stretches for dozens of kilometers, bordering Longmen County in the north. There are many ancient trees, strange stones, cliffs, waterfalls and many caves on the mountain, which can accommodate hundreds of people. There is often fog on the top of the mountain, but when the air is crisp in autumn, you can overlook the mountains and rivers of Zengcheng, and the Pearl River Estuary, Humen and Guangzhou are also faintly visible.

Baishui mountain

Baishui Mountain is located in zhu cun Street, 20 kilometers away from Licheng Street, with expressway access. The main peak is 462 meters above sea level, with steep mountains and beautiful scenery, which is one of the eight scenic spots in ancient Zengcheng. There is a clear spring at the southern foot of the main peak. In the rainy season, the spring water overflows from the gap of the cliff and falls. From a distance, it looks like a white ribbon hanging on a green curtain, so it is commonly known as white water belt. In the Ming Dynasty, a temple named Qiyun Temple was built on the mountain. Nanxiangshan

Nanxiangshan, called Nanqiao Mountain in ancient times, stands side by side with Xiqiao Mountain and Dongqiao Mountain in central Guangdong. Located in Ningxiyuan Town, Xintang Town. It is only 433 meters above sea level here, but the mountains are towering and stand out from the Pingchuan, which is more eye-catching. It can also be seen on ships from Dongjiang River flowing into the Pearl River Estuary, so it is also called the "natural navigation mark" of the Pearl River Estuary. The natural landscapes on the mountain include "stone chambers", "stone temples", "bottomless pools" and waterfalls. Scholars and poets of past dynasties often hang around and sing here. Zhan Ruoshui (Ganquan), a great scholar in Ming Dynasty, built "Lotus Cave Academy" on the mountain to give lectures during Jiajing period.

That lake

Huxin Island, located in Xihutan Village, Zhengguo Town, is an island in the upper reaches of Zengjiang River. It is 20 kilometers away from Licheng Street in the center of Zengcheng District, and there is expressway access. The island is covered with green shade, deep and quiet, with a total area of about 250 mu. In the upper reaches of the island, the Yonghan River in Longmen joins the Zengjiang River. According to legend, this place named "Two Dragons Competing for Pearl" is the seat of Zengcheng County in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Two kilometers downstream of the island, at 1987, a hydropower dam was built, which turned the originally narrow and shallow river into a wide, deep, beautiful and charming Pinghu.

Marine caves are caves formed by long-term erosion of red sandstone on land by waves. It is located on a hill near Xintang Port Wharf in the south of Zengcheng District. It is one of the eight new scenic spots in Zengcheng, and is called "the trace of ancient sea". The cave is 20 meters long, 2.5 meters wide and 2.5 meters high At the end of the cave is a corner of a stone cliff, and there is a stone platform under the cliff, which looks like a temple (the ancients built a temple on this day and called it "Yi Yan Temple").

Niuweizhang

Niuweizhang is a small valley, located on the east side of Lian 'an Reservoir in Fuhe, the central town, with highway access. In the past, when people climbed to the top of Zhangding Mountain from Gukou, they had to go around nine mountains and take nine bends, so they were also called "eighteen bends". The mountain is about 400 meters high, and the south side of the mountain is a flat area, which looks majestic. On the cliff about 200 meters high in the valley, there is a waterfall, which falls down three floors and pours into the deep pool at the bottom of the valley. The pool looks like a rice retort, which is called a rice retort pool. During the rainy season, the roar of the waterfall hitting the deep pool is particularly loud, and it can be heard at Taniguchi, two kilometers away.
