Property inspection activities shall be organized and implemented by the property construction unit or the owners' committee. Where a construction unit selects a realty service enterprise, it shall go through the formalities of property acceptance with the realty service enterprise before the first owner moves in, and take the acceptance record as the property management file. When hiring a realty service enterprise, the owners' committee shall, after the termination of the original realty service contract, organize new and old realty service enterprises to jointly undertake the realty inspection activities. The original realty service enterprise shall go through the formalities of property handover to the owners' committee, and the owners' committee and the new realty service enterprise shall go through the formalities of property acceptance. Property acceptance includes property management data transfer and property site acceptance.
