The main contents of property management are: regular public services, targeted special services and entrusted special services.

(1) General public services. This refers to the basic management work in property management, which is the most basic management and service provided by property management enterprises for all residents and owners. It mainly includes the following eight items: (1) building subject management; (2) the management of housing equipment and facilities; (3) Environmental sanitation management; (4) Greening management; (5) safety management; (6) fire management; (7) Vehicle road management; (8) Services of public institutions.

(2) Targeted special services. For example, while providing public services, property management companies also provide various business services such as decoration, beauty salons, catering and non-staple food in residential areas under their jurisdiction.

(3) Entrust special services. Special service is a service entrusted by property owners and users to meet their individual needs, which is usually not required in the property management entrustment contract. Property management companies should try their best to meet their needs and provide special services when possible. For example, nursing elderly patients in the community, sending children to school, taking care of disabled people going up and down stairs, and purchasing daily necessities for residents.

The above three types of services are the basic contents of property management. When property management enterprises implement property management, the first category is the most basic work, which must be done well. At the same time, according to their own ability and residents' needs, determine the second and third types of jobs.
