Member Management of Tianjin Property Management Association
Membership procedures:
(a) units or individuals to submit an application form to the secretariat of the association;
(two) after the approval of the association secretariat, awarded the membership certificate;
(3) Members who apply for promotion shall be examined and approved step by step according to their application level.
Enterprise members must meet the following conditions:
(1) Having obtained the Tianjin business license according to law and having the qualification of an independent legal person;
(two) to recognize the articles of association and abide by the relevant provisions of the association;
(3) joining the association voluntarily.
Written documents required for enterprise members to join the club:
(1) Two application forms for membership (stamped with the official seal of the enterprise);
(two) the registration form of the member unit management industry (which must be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise), and submit a copy of the Contract Filing Certificate corresponding to each management project;
(three) a copy of the business license and qualification certificate of the enterprise (stamped with the official seal of the enterprise);
(4) Submit the certificate of the general manager;
(5) The member representative must have the Power of Attorney issued by the enterprise, and the member representative is generally the general manager of the enterprise;
(six) submit a copy of the identity card of the legal representative and general manager of the enterprise;
(seven) submit the "Tianjin Property Enterprise Integrity Commitment" (signed and sealed by the person in charge).
Members enjoy the following rights:
The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;
(two) have the right to supervise, suggest and criticize the work of the association;
(three) to participate in the activities organized by this association;
(four) to obtain the relevant information, materials, legal advice and other services provided by this association;
(5) Freedom to join and quit voluntarily.
Members shall perform the following obligations:
(1) Abide by the articles of association;
(two) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association;
(three) to implement the resolutions of the association, actively participate in the activities organized by the association, and complete the work entrusted by the association;
(four) to reflect the situation to the association and provide information and materials about property management and enterprise management;
(5) Pay membership dues on schedule.
