Introduction of Winbond Bright Family Project

The planning concept of Winbond Bright Family follows the forward-looking design concept of conforming to the social development trend, making rational use of terrain, paying attention to culture and details, and creating a landmark urban landscape with differentiated urban design methods. The overall layout of this case is divided into two parts: modern apartments and traditional houses. The planning structure consists of two blocks (north and south), one axis (main landscape axis) and nine groups (nine residential groups with different themes). Among them, the residence is a high-rise building with 18 ~ 30 floors, with dotted lines to outline the beautiful undulating skyline.

The North Plot has set up characteristic businesses along Qian Shan Road to provide services for the community, aiming at creating a rich urban cultural corridor, with themes from north to south as follows: local culture, commercial culture, artistic culture, humanistic culture and urban industrial culture. The residential area adopts the traffic system of separating people and vehicles, and the vehicles drive along the periphery of the residential area and can directly enter the underground garage, which basically eliminates the intersection of people and vehicles and ensures the safety and convenience of home travel.

Therefore, the sidewalk in the residential area has become a zero-pollution green passage space that is not disturbed by automobile exhaust and noise. It runs through the open space of large oases and pedestrian walkways, and extends to small oasis residential groups. The shape changes moderately and the space is suitable, creating a relaxed and comfortable walking environment. The facade of the house in this case is divided into two categories according to the different positioning and forms.
